But it has to be noted, that once you start advancing and you site start's to mature, then you'll require some advanced features that aren't present on Weebly. However this is the best platform if you want easy membership set-up which can be easily done through their Premium plans. Plus you can set up an e-commerce Portal as easy as 1,2,3.

Strikingly can help create a beautiful one-pager website. You got a Linked-in Profile? Great, you can create your own website with just one click. Awesome right? This is the best platform for those who want a portfolio and offer services to people. Example sites can be seen here.

Wix: All In one Website Building Platform

Wix is an all in one platform. Whether you want to create an intuitive blog, one pager, or an e-commerce portal or Food website etc it all works. They have got amazing templates plus they give $75 Google Adwords Coupon for you to spend on promotion of your website. Only one downside here is that once you set a template, you can't change it again so choose wisely.
