Huawei's H1 2017 Earnings Stand At $15.4 Billion With 73 Million Smartphones Sold

Huawei has experienced a staggering 36% year-on-year growth with 73 Million smartphones sold in the first half of 2017 and consumer business revenue stands at $15.4 Billion. Shipments of smartphones experienced a growth of 20.6 percent and Huawei is currently the third most popular smartphone manufacturer in the world.

Huawei has around 22.1 percent share of Greater China as well as growth patterns in the European region. The roadmap is to secure 30-40% share in China in the next three years. The revenue of the whole company stands at a ginormous $42.04 Billion, 36.6% of this revenue comes from the consumer business.

Huawei Mate 9 and Mate 9 Pro lead the smartphone sales with 8.5 million units sold. Next P10 and P10 Plus with 6 million sales whereas the Honor 9 reached 1 million sales within just one month.
