Lenovo Teases An Augmented Reality Headset With A Star Wars Promo
Lenovo is apparently planning to step into the AR market with a new headset which will be showcased at Best Buy stores in the coming future. The teaser showcases a bulky headset which may have a smartphone underneath.
It appears to be wireless and has sensors for lightsaber control as well. They have partnered with Disney for a Star Wars AR game which may be exclusive to this headset but who knows. This teaser in line with the promotion of Star Wars - Jedi Challenges.
Lenovo is also working with Microsoft for a low cost mixed reality headset as well as Google for a smartphone based AR headset.
